Blue Mountain Academy has a highly qualified and diverse group of faculty and staff. Not only do we educate our students to take their place in a world that needs qualified professionals with a generous heart and a Christ-like spirit, we also prepare them for an eternity of learning opportunities straight from the Master Teacher.
Our school is blessed with teachers and staff who care about every aspect of our students’ lives. We not only educate them in the classroom, we also worship, serve, and play with our students. We have used our boarding school status to our advantage: It affords us the chance to interact with our students on a continuous basis. It is not uncommon to find students spending quality time with staff during Open House on a Sabbath afternoon, mission trips, mall trips, basketball games, or conversing in the dorms.
Nothing holds a community together like a shared purpose and common goals. The faculty and staff of BMA consider it the highest honor and also a pleasure to be used by God to touch the lives of young people. This is a family and the students are the precious children that God has entrusted to our care. We ask for nothing more and we will give nothing less.
