This College Board website includes educational choices and career track information to learn about career options with action plans to achieve career goals. The “Plan for College” and “Finding a College’ links provide resources that describe educational majors and career profiles that match careers to degrees. Information on applying to colleges, paying for college, and College Board tests is also available on this site.

BMA SAT Exam Dates 

BMA has specific deadlines dates to apply for the SAT (BMA Calendar have the specific dates.
The dates BMA is open as a Sunday test site are:
October
November
December
March (mostly for Juniors)

Juniors have the following 2 standardized‐test options dates at BMA and 2 other test sites.
December
March
May (not at BMA)
June (not at BMA)

To Apply through BMA 
The BMA application deadlines differ from the College Board and ACT deadlines, but the fees remain the same as online. Refer to the calendar for the BMA SAT/ACT exam Deadline dates.

Payments can be made to BMA Financial office before the application deadline.

First Time SUNDAY SAT Test Taker
Each new SAT applicant for a Sunday test date, must apply with a paper application, not online! A paper application can be received from the Counselors office (located in the Library).

Applying on your Own 

SAT

You can apply online and make payments directly through College Board at www.collegeboard.org. This means you will take the test on Saturday.

First time Sunday test Taker- if you wish to apply for the SAT and take the exam on a Sunday.

  • You will need to fill out a paper registration form.
  • You will need a letter from the Clergy stating your religious affiliation and the conflict of taking the test on a Saturday.
  • A photo of the test taker.

Second time Sunday Test Taker- you may apply online using your previous registration number.
All students are responsible for sending their own SAT / ACT scores through www.collegeboard.com or www.actstudent.org

SAT
  • You receive four free score reports every time you register for the SAT. College Board charges a fee for additional reports or if you request scores to be sent after they are reported. (ACT is the same)
  • Score Choice gives you the option to choose which scores (by test date for the SAT and by individual test for SAT Subject Tests™) you send to colleges.

ACT (Aptitude Test)

The ACT® test is the nation’s most popular college entrance exam accepted and valued by all universities and colleges in the United States. The ACT is based on what students learn in high school and provides personalized information about their strengths for education and career planning.
