Our Admissions Process
(New Applicants)

Step #1

Applying is easy using our Online Application. Applying online simplifies submission and provides parents with a tool for tracking their admission status after submitting their application. A non-refundable fee of $50 for domestic students and $125 for international students must be submitted with each application.

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then be able to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

Families needing financial aid can apply online via FACTS Grant & Aid here.

Step #2

After applying, you can track your admissions status online by logging in to your account. You can print the completed application, monitor, when the school receives supplemental application forms, and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

Our Admissions Committee will review your application for the following criteria:

· Evidence of potential academic success in the school’s program based on previous records and recommendations

· Evidence of good social adjustment, satisfactory behavior, and emotional stability.

Step #3

Upon acceptance into our program, a communication from the school administration will be emailed to let you know if your application was approved and will provide steps to continue the Online Enrollment process.

Below is a video explaining the application process for new applicants.

Our Enrollment Process
(Returning/Accepted Students)

Enrollment/Re-enrollment is easy using our Online Enrollment. Login to your FACTS Family Portal account using a computer, phone, or tablet. You will need the district code (BMA-PA), username, and password.  Once you log in, click on Enroll. You will see the enrollment packet for each one of your children. Proceed to open/edit the packets and complete every section following the on-screen instructions.

Once you complete the financial/payment plan portion of the enrollment in FACTS, click on Return to Family Portal and set up a new payment plan (on the left side of the screen under the payment plan section). The enrollment is not complete until the payment plan is set up, the application fee is paid, and the packet is submitted.

Once you submit the packet, you will receive a confirmation email that your enrollment has been completed. Your enrollment packet is not yet completed if you have not received the enrollment confirmation email.

Families needing financial aid can apply online via FACTS Grant & Aid here.
