Open positions:

  • POSITION SUMMARY

    The marketing administrative coordinator provides the marketing and development director assistance in developing and maintaining a strong marketing and enrollment program. The focus is to bring awareness to BMA and increase enrollment. This position is a full-time, 12 month employment.

    EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED

    A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or extensive experience is required. Master’s degree preferred.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    Production of marketing videos and flyers

    Communication with alumni through various means

    Strong social media presence through multiple platforms

    Assist the director during any on-campus events

    Assist in the live streaming of programs

    Is involved in evening and weekend supervision responsibilities and sponsorships as assigned.

    Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned by administration.

    Participates in church, school, and extracurricular projects and activities.

    Initiates professional development activities and participates in conference-sponsored training.

    Dresses in a manner consistent with a Seventh-Day Adventist professional education position.

  • Volunteer Position*

    Inventory Clerk,  Accounts Receivables, Supplier Accounts, and other accounting duties.

    Must have basic bookkeeping knowledge.  Communicates well in both oral & written English.

    Spanish speaking is a plus factor.  Can work well under pressure & meet deadlines.
